6月6-7日に名古屋で開催された日本鉄鋼協会生産技術部会第114回製鉄部会に参加しました。
今回のテーマは「高炉の低CR操業」についてでした。
「水素富化高炉の低CR操業を志向した塊状帯と融着帯制御の学側シーズ」について報告しました。
産学双方から提供されたトピックも充実
さらに日本製鉄の名古屋製鉄所🏭を見学することができ、大変勉強📝になりました。

また、多くの研究室OBにも再会できました🤝
九大に来てソロソロ20年。各所でそれなりのポジションに着いていて、要所で出会う機会が増えて来ました👍❣️

I participated in the 114th Ironmaking Subcommittee of the Production Technology Division of the Iron and Steel Institute of Japan held in Nagoya on June 6-7.
The theme of this meeting was “Low CR operation of blast furnaces.”
I reported on “Academic seeds for lumpy zone and cohesive zone control aiming at low CR operation of hydrogen-enriched blast furnaces.”
There were also many topics provided by both industry and academia.
I was also able to visit Nippon Steel’s Nagoya Steel Works🏭, which was a very educational experience📝.
The photo shows the mantle part of a blast furnace after dismantling, which I was given permission to take.
The internal damage speaks of more than 20 years of experience. . .
I was also able to meet up with many alumni from my laboratory🤝
It’s been 20 years since I came to Kyushu University. I’ve been in a good position in various places, and I’ve had more opportunities to meet people at key points👍❣️
