九州大学未来創成科学者育成プロジェクト（QFC-SP）のプライマリーコース対応を行いました

8月の後半の週末は高校生インターンシップの九州大学未来創成科学者育成プロジェクト（QFC-SP）のプライマリーコース対応を行いました。
8/18日曜日は「2050年のカーボンニュートラル製鉄」についての講義を行い高校生にも割と興味を持ってもらえました👍❣️
8/31土曜日は研究室見学会👀のホストをしました🔬
大野研究室では、酸化鉄と黒鉛を混ぜて3分間マイクロ波を照射するとどうなるかを実演しました👨‍🏫
合間に伝熱に関するプチ講義を挟みつつの大野研ラボツアー

高校生のリサーチインターンシップは今年も受け入れウエルカムなので高校生には前向きに検討してもらえると嬉しいです👋😆

During the weekends in the second half of August, we supported the primary course of the Kyushu University Future Creation Scientist Development Project (QFC-SP), a high school student internship.

On Sunday, August 18th, we gave a lecture on “Carbon-neutral steelmaking in 2050,” which was quite interesting to the high school students👍❣️

On Saturday, August 31st, we hosted a laboratory tour👀🔬

In the Ohno Laboratory, we demonstrated what happens when you mix iron oxide and graphite and irradiate them with microwaves for 3 minutes👨‍🏫

In between, I gave a short lecture on heat transfer🔥

We are welcoming high school students to participate in research internships again this year, so we hope that high school students will consider it positively👋😆
