7/3、7/4の二日間で、大阪で開催された製銑科学技術コンソーシアム第3回産学連携研究委員会に参加をして参りました。
今回の企画テーマは「新コンソーシアムにおける期待・挑戦・新展開」の第三弾
九大からは、中島研の齊藤敬高先生に「交流電場を用いた溶融スラグの諸特性評価」、さらに田中將己先生「結晶性材料の変形,破壊挙動解析」についてのご講演をいただき、二日目の自由テーマ報告では、大野研の昆竜也先生に「酸化鉄含有スラグ中での還元反応に伴うスラグフォーミング」についてのご報告をいただき、製銑分野に留まらない多角的な九大発コラボのポテンシャルをお見せできた良い機会でした👍❣️ #製銑 #製鉄
On July 3rd and 4th, I participated in the 3rd Industry-Academia Collaboration Research Committee of the Ironmaking Science and Technology Consortium held in Osaka.
The theme of this event was the third installment of the “Expectations, Challenges, and New Developments in the New Consortium” series.
From Kyushu University, we had Associate Professor Noritaka Saito of the Nakashima Laboratory give a lecture on “Evaluation of the Properties of Molten Slag Using an AC Electric Field” and Professor Masaki Tanaka give a lecture on “Analysis of Deformation and Fracture Behavior of Crystalline Materials”.
On the second day, Assistant Professor Tatsuya Kon of the Ohno Laboratory gave a report on “Slag Foaming Due to Reduction Reaction in Iron Oxide-Containing Slag”.
It was a great opportunity to show the potential of Kyushu University-originated collaboration in a wide range of fields that go beyond the ironmaking field👍❣️ #ironmaking #steelmaking
