通常の口頭発表セッションにて”Dephosphorization behavior of High Phosphorus containing Iron Ore using Microwave Heating”と”Hydrogen Reduction of Tungsten Oxide with Microwave Rapid Heating”についての2件のプレゼンテーションを行い、この分野で我々のアクティビティーを見せることができました。
特に”Hydrogen Reduction of Tungsten Oxide”についてのテーマは、我々の研究室の修士課程1年生の生徒に発表してもらってものでしたが、彼女の発表は今回の会議で高く評価されてBest Oral Presentation Awardを受賞しました！👩🏫🏆👏

At the 5th Global Congress on Microwave Energy Applications (5GCMEA 2024), our group reported three cases of microwave energy applications to metallurgical processes.

At the “Study on advanced microwave technology for utilization of carbon resources” workshop, I gave a talk on “Possibility of using Waste Plastics in Development of Microwave Heating-based Ironmaking Process.”
In the regular oral presentation session, we gave two presentations on “Dephosphorization behavior of High Phosphorus containing Iron Ore using Microwave Heating” and “Hydrogen Reduction of Tungsten Oxide with Microwave Rapid Heating,” demonstrating our activities in this field.
In particular, the topic of “Hydrogen Reduction of Tungsten Oxide” was presented by a first-year master’s student from our laboratory, and her presentation was highly evaluated at the conference and won the Best Oral Presentation Award!👩🏫🏆👏
I am truly happy to receive the Best Presentation Award out of more than 130 oral presentations👍❣️
